How it works
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know we have received this. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 48 hours.

We ship worldwide.
What does shipping cost?
Europe and UK (tracked shipping)
Standard shipping - €7 (2-5 business days)
Express shipping - €19 (1-2 business days)
Standard shipping - €10 (5-10 business days)
Express shipping - €19 (2-4 business days)
How long will it take to receive my order?
We alternate between shipping companies depending on your location.
**Please note that COVID-19 and Brexit are causing delays with postage timeframes that are sadly out of our control, so there may be longer delivery timeframes than usual. We are doing everything we can to get everyones parcels to them as soon as we can, thanks for your patience and support of our small business.
We aim to have your swimwear delivered to you within 2 - 5 business days from time of order (for UK and Europe) and 5 - 10 business days for International delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, Sakuranna is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched (usually within 24hrs of placing your order). Please note, this will be the second email you receive from us, coming after your order confirmation at time of purchase.
Sakuranna is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Sakuranna we are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer. We are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guide you will purchase a piece that is the correct fit.
If you do need to exchange any items you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original state on receipt of returned item. (Hygiene liner intact). For reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item.
If you would like to exchange then please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you an exchange/returns form and returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.
It usually takes between 5-10 working dates from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange.
